BOOKING POLICY
At the time of booking, the customer declares to be aware of and in agreement with the Reservations, Cancellations and No-Show Policies.
BOOKING, CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICIES
Upon confirmation of the reservation, if there is a need to cancel or change the reservation date, the customer must notify the reservations department at Pousada Rancho das Dunas in writing, via email (reservas@ranchodasdunas.com.br) or via WhatsApp by number (98) 98770-4387, cancellations or changes over the phone will not be accepted.
Cancellation or change of dates will be subject to availability and charges, in accordance with the conditions below.
The balance of daily payment will be charged at check-in.
The cancellation policy, instructed by EMBRATUR in accordance with Normative Deliberation No. 165/95, proceeds as follows:
- There will be no refund of amounts paid as a reservation guarantee. These will be transformed into credit for another date, to be used within 90 days, considering the rules defined below.
- In case of early departure of the contracted daily rates, there will be no refund of the amount paid in advance.
- Cancellation notice up to 14 days in advance of the check-in date will be credited with 100% of the full amount paid in advance to be used on another date, within 90 days.
- Cancellation notice up to 7 days in advance of the check-in date will be credited with 50% of the full amount paid in advance to be used on another date, within 90 days.
- Cancellation notice less than 7 days before the check-in date will not be refunded or credited for the amount paid.
- For No-Show (non-appearance on the day of arrival), there will be no refund and there will be no right to credit for the amount paid. The space will remain available for 12 hours from the entry time. After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with retention of 100% of the amount paid), making the place available to another interested party.
- Reservations are made upon payment of 50% of the total daily rate. A confirmation is then sent via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours by the reservations department. We consider the RESERVATION COMPLETE only after identification (verification by the finance company that the date is in accordance with the rate for the period chosen by the customer) and proof of the deposit corresponding to 50% of the global value of the combined package. The remaining payment is made when the customer checks in (on arrival).
- Canceling your stay after checking in, upon entering the hotel, as well as leaving early, mainly due to weather changes or any other reason, will not entitle you to any type of refund, cash refund or credit in new daily rates, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the accommodation package or daily rate.
- Changing or canceling reservation dates must always respect the availability of vacancies at the inn, the tariff for the new period chosen and the dates agreed with the reservations department at Pousada Rancho das Dunas.
- Daily rates at Pousada Rancho das Dunas start at 2:00 pm and always end at 12:00 pm (noon) the following day, regardless of check-in time. After this time, the customer will be subject to another daily charge or additional stay fee, but the guest may be asked to vacate the accommodation at their normal check-out time for a possible later reservation.
