Rates at Pousada Rancho das Dunas start at 2:00 pm and always end at 12:00 pm (noon) the following day, regardless of check-in time.

After this time, the customer will be subject to another daily charge or additional stay fee, but the guest may be asked to vacate the accommodation at their normal check-out time for a possible later reservation.

Children accompanied by their parents or legal guardians up to 5 years old are free as long as they stay overnight in the same bed as their parents. Children over 5 years old are charged the adult rate.

Breakfast is served by prior arrangement, from 7:00 am to 10:00 am, in the main room of our restaurant.

The voltage of the accommodation facilities and sockets is 220 Volts, so check the power supply to your equipment before connecting them.

The accommodations have a Wi-Fi internet signal available, subject to weather conditions.

The password will be made available at your check-in. The number of towels and linens is available according to the reservation made. Extra parts fee will be charged for additional requests.

Bed and bath linen will be replaced every 2 (days) or upon customer request.

Cleaning of the chalets is carried out upon request from the guest at reception, so the key must be at reception.

Hairdryers are available to guests upon collection at reception.

Pool towels can be rented at reception, but we kindly ask that you do not use them to clean your feet or shoes.

Pousada Rancho das Dunas has laundry services, massages, rental of stand-up boards, kayaks, river kits (chairs and cork oaks on the Alegre River), picnics and romantic dinners at the viewpoint and bungalows, exclusively for guests, at an additional cost.

The restaurant at Pousada Rancho das Dunas is open to the external public for lunch and dinner (non-guests) subject to availability for reservation and prior scheduling.

It is strictly prohibited for children or teenagers under 18 years of age to access the facilities and accommodation at Pousada Rancho das Dunas, as companions of adults without due legal proof.

The entry of coolers, drinks and food that is not purchased at our establishment is strictly prohibited.

Consumption of food and drinks from the breakfast service must be carried out in the main hall of the restaurant and the removal of the respective items for later consumption is prohibited.

Never leave your key in common areas.

It is prohibited to access the pool with glasses, goblets and glass bottles given the potential risk of accidents.

For safety reasons, wet people are not allowed in the reception and restaurant areas. Avoid accidents.

Pets are not permitted to enter our facilities or accommodations without the appropriate communications at the time of booking or releases duly formalized and authorized by the management of Pousada Rancho das Dunas.

Hanging clothes on accommodation balconies is not permitted.

The inn is decorated with exclusive pieces by regional artists, so we ask our guests and visitors to be careful and careful.

The handling or movement of the pieces is not permitted, therefore damages or damage caused by them will be duly charged to the rooms and/or consumption orders of guests or visitors.

Barbecue grills or similar facilities are not permitted, nor are barbecues permitted in the areas or facilities of Pousada Rancho das Dunas.

Guests must behave appropriately, treating other guests, employees and collaborators with respect, and any type of disrespectful, discriminatory or prejudiced treatment is prohibited. Likewise, your companions and any visitors must respect the internal behavior policy.

If there are circumstances of bad behavior, the inn may request the guest and other companions to leave the establishment, without refunding the daily rate.

The lack of care and misuse that causes damage or loss of objects or any item made available to the guest, the guest is aware of the act of reimbursing the inn, in the monetary value of the same at the market price.
